￼We wanted to introduce all of BIPA’s offers through Little Secrets Of Happy Shopping and present the feeling that every time you shop there, you’ll get a good bargain, every time a little bit more. The slogan “Make-up your day!” is designed to attract new customers to the store and build the awareness of BIPA as a place where good bargains, clearly and honestly communicated, can make your day.
