There is something very valuable in our agency, what guides us and that we’re always coming back to. Those are our values; for the purpose of this website we will call them 8 little truths. Every truth forms our business culture and helps us build long-lasting, quality relationships inside and outside of the agency.

There is a solution for every problem.

They say that you can be either part of the problem or part of the solution, and we always choose the second option. We think of creativity as clever problem solving because, in order for a creative solution to be relevant, it should be necessary. And to be necessary, it has to solve something.

In order to accept the problem as an opportunity for improvement, we are ready to step out of our comfort zone and approach it with a clear head - because the problem is as big as we imagine it. This also means that we encourage communication and discussion, both with juniors and seniors - everybody can give their perspective because more heads are always smarter than one.

For clients, this means that they will have an agency that really understands the problem, before solving it. Also, a well-posed problem is at least half solved. This is why we will always request a brief that clearly defines it.

Culture begins at home. And sometimes at the office.

We all want to work in a stimulating, pleasant, and positive environment, which is why it is important to us how we treat each other. Consequently, we want all our clients and partners to feel that culture - so much that they can’t wait for the next meeting or coffee at our office.

For us, this means that we talk to everyone the same way - as we are all equal. We respect everybody and we are nice to each other, even when the deadlines are tight or something goes wrong. Especially then.

With clients, we also encourage pleasant, assertive, and clear communication, as well as a culture of feedback. We always try to give constructive feedback and to thank when we receive one because we know that it took the client's time, effort, and reflection. Sometimes it is as hard to say or to write feedback, as it is to get it.

We are not artists, but creative professionals.

People who work at I TO NIJE SVE! are creative, but they also need to be productive - creative within a timeframe, a given problem, and a client’s business goal. This is why we don’t rely on unpredictable moments of inspiration, but we’re guided by smart and clearly defined processes.

Brief gives us a problem, processes give us guidelines and keeps us on the right track, and we’re being creative within that. This means that we design with purpose, not because it’s nice, and that our copy will transfer a clear message, while great wordplay is in second place. We adjust our delivery to the brief, we don’t suggest pun for a fun and we maximally optimize our approach to the given problem because we know that client wants to exchange his resources and his budget for something that will solve that problem. For clients this means that we see every key visual, copy, or 360 campaign as a product they would want to buy - something creative but at the same time relevant for the client’s needs and goals.

Our job is working with people and our product is for the people. This is why we always try to understand other perspectives, motives, and conditions.

Empathy is important, especially in the agency, where every day is filled with problems that need solutions, multitasking, and short deadlines. This is why we actively listen and try to understand what the other side is saying and why - we need to understand the desires, stages, and fears of our colleagues and clients, to successfully work with them.

But it’s not enough just to awake empathy, it’s more important to show it. Sometimes it will be giving a hand to a colleague who can’t meet the deadline, other times empathy will come in the form of chocolate or coffee, or reporting a project status to a client, without prior agreement.

It is possible to have an opinion and respect different ones.

We are trying to find a balance and compromise between our own wishes and ambitions and the interests of the people who surround us. We are not aggressive, nor passive in our communication. We are confident while respecting others. We will suggest something, then listen to other opinions.

We believe in what we’re doing and the way we’re doing it, so we stand by all our suggestions confidently. We are building a culture in which we are all ready to stand up for ourselves, our colleagues, and the whole team. In doing so, we of course control our ego and we’re open to different arguments.

For clients, this means that they will always get a deliberate solution, which we think is good, but that we can hear and acknowledge their opinion at the same time and accept no as an answer.

Expertise is not a sprint, but a marathon.

If we want to be a reliable partner to our clients and have a better internal collaboration, we have to continuously learn, change, and to absorb. Regardless of years of experience, motivation, knowledge, or our individual values.

This is why we know the tools we use and we learn the skills that we can use in everyday life. We follow trends in our industry and our business segment, we read professional literature and we organize educations collectively.

Dear clients, you can stay calm, because this means that your brand is in the hands of professionals who know it - from its guidelines to its competition. We will know how to adjust our tools, skills, processes, and knowledge, depending on your needs and goals, and if we are not professional enough to deliver something, we won’t promise it.

Growth rarely happens in the comfort zone.

We encourage our growth and development on a daily basis. Like we support every new, smart ambition of a client. This is why we don’t lower our standards, we have high expectations and we continuously invest in the education of our teams. We are ready for changes because we understand that growth comes slower if we stick to checked and seen patterns.

For clients this means that they have a partner who is open to clear, challenging, and stimulating goals that will enable us to give and make a maximum in a given moment, and that we won’t stop at solutions that are “good enough”. We want a proactive collaboration, not a reactive one.

The client and agency are on the same team.

Every product should have a clear benefit for the buyer. So should ours. This is why with each project we try to offer something extra and smart, that could potentially change the client’s business. We call it a business-wise approach to work.

We have the same goals as clients and we’re non-exclusive to each other. This is why we cherish relationships and we avoid a client/agency division. This means that we think about the cost-effectiveness of the solution before proposing it or that we often propose something proactively if that realizes a client’s business goal.

By finding a good benefit, we’re trying to change not only the life of a buyer but also a business of a client. We want clients to use our creative solution to expand their business, make a bigger profit and even achieve personal growth.

Dok su mnogi zbog pandemije korona virusa i lockdowna pokušali dokučiti što bi uopće mogli raditi u vrijeme krize i dovijali se tome kako sačuvati biznis od propasti, u I TO NIJE SVE! odlučili su se za jedan neobičan potez: pozvali su male ugrožene tvrtke da im se jave kako bi im besplatno pomogli da se pripreme za što bolje restartanje poslovanja nakon što mjere zbog korone budu ukinute. Javilo im se prilično brzo 40-ak zainteresiranih.

U sklopu svoje strategije društveno odgovornog poslovanja, I TO NIJE SVE! kreativna agencija održala je online radionicu izrade digitalnih kampanja i strategija nastupa na digitalnim platformama za poduzetnike kojima je uslijed COVID-19 pandemije ugroženo poslovanje i opstanak na tržištu.

Svjesni situacije u kojoj su se poduzetnici našli, želja je onima kojima je to najpotrebnije, osigurati pomoć u vidu ekspertize i posla kojim se agencija bavi. Iz ove situacije svi moramo izaći jači i stabilniji kako bismo napokon nastavili s uobičajenim poslovanjem i životom. To je zapravo i pozadina ove ideje.
